The 2015 Drake Relays in Des Moines are just days away and high school athletes now know if they are among those to qualify. The Raccoon Valley Radio area has several qualifiers for girls and boys in both relays and individual events. The first events for high schoolers are Thursday afternoon with more on Friday and Saturday. Below is a list of area high school Drake Relays qualifiers according to www.DrakeRelays.org.

Girls high school qualifiers:

100 meter dash- Karie Dufoe, ADM.

100 meter hurdles- Eme Johnson, Greene County.

4 x 100 meter relay- ADM, Greene County

Boys high school qualifiers:

High jump- Scott James, Perry; Sam Obert, Coon Rapids-Bayard

100 meter dash- Emmitt Wheatley, Adair-Casey

4 x 100 meter relay- Greene County, Woodward Academy

4 x 110 meter shuttle hurdle relay- Panorama
