Coach Michael Krawczyk says speed on offense will be a strength of this year’s combined West Central Valley, Nodaway Valley and Adair-Casey  soccer team, coined much more simply as Valley Girls soccer. The team lost just one senior last year and returns 17 letter winners. Hailey Gross and Madi Foster have serious wheels and fancy footwork at the forward positions. The experienced midfield consists of Alicia Urquhart, Christina Boss and Abby Miller. The defensive platoon includes Jessica Allsup, Micael-Ann Wathne, Emma Godfroy, Rachel Urquhart and Ashtin Parlow. Hannah Link will be protecting the goal as keeper. The team begins their season Monday in Stuart, against Missouri Valley.
