Robert Dale Wallace III, age 19 of 2303 Greene St., Adel was arrested on a warrant for probation violation-original charge of theft and possession of a controlled substance.
Winston Barcellos of Waukee reported that someone used his social security number to a tax return.
Emily Frances Hicks, age 18 of 710 1st St., Redfield was arrested at 801 Court St., Adel for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Robert Brommel of West Des Moines was traveling east on F90 when a vehicle driven by Stephanie Ornelas Salazar of Des Moines pulled out in front of him striking the vehicle. No injuries reported. Damage to Brommel’s vehicle estimated at $5000.00 and $4000.00 to Ornelas Salazar’s. Ornelas Salazar was cited for failure to yield to a vehicle and no insurance.

Kara Lane Kennedy, age 51 of 1036 22nd St., Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of failure to pay child support.
