The Guthrie County Board of Supervisors approved a liquor license for The Port on Lake Panorama bed and breakfast at Thursday morning’s meeting. They also gave secondary roads employee Don Slaybaugh a longevity pay increase and approved the hiring of Michelle Rumelhart as a full time employee in the Treasurer’s Office.
