The Perry High School Track Teams have been enjoying outdoor practices this week in anticipation of the outdoor season opener on Thursday, April 2nd at the Kaufman track. Perry will once again host three events this year. The Gail Davis Relays will be the first outdoor event with Carroll, Des Moines Christian, Guthrie Center, Panorama, Saydel and Winterset. The Jayettes Relays will take place on April 16th and feature Clarke, Greene County, North Polk, Roland Story and Winterset. The Bluejay Relays will be the final event and appears to be loaded with Norwalk, Dallas Center Grimes, Carroll, Winterset and the Woodward Academy.
