Funeral services for Sharon Towers, 53, of Churdan, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Columbkille Catholic Church in Churdan, with burial in St. Patrick’s Catholic Cemetery west of Churdan. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Friday at the church, with Holy Rosary prayed at 7 p.m. and a vigil for the deceased to follow.

Survivors include her husband, Mick; three daughters: Eileen Splendore, Jenny Nicholson and Becky Towers, all of Perry, and son, Joe, of Churdan. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials for a scholarship fund for Sharon’s son’s education. The Brown Funeral Home of Churdan is assisting the family.
