Students graduating this year from Adair-Casey, Coon Rapids-Bayard, Guthrie Center, Panorama and West Central Valley High Schools are eligible to win a $250 scholarship from the Guthrie County Youth Foundation. The Youth Foundation says any graduating student who plans to further their education is welcome to apply, but they’re particularly interested in hearing from those seeking careers in vocational, technical or medical fields. Scholarship applications can be picked up at any of the high school’s guidance counselor’s offices, and are due by April 7th.
