With just a handful of regular season games left, here’s another look at power ranking standings for basketball teams around Guthrie County. Guthrie County has just one team named in the Iowa Girl’s High School Athletic Union’s weekly top 15 power rankings, and that is Panorama, ranked seventh best in Class 2-A. Moving on to the BCMoore Power Rankings, which include every team, and in Class 1A, 0-19 Guthrie Center is ranked 95th out of 113 teams. In Class 2A, 18-2 Panorama is ranked 17th out of 96 teams by BCMoore, and in Class 3A, 9-10 West Central Valley is ranked 47th out of 64 teams.

Moving over to the boys side, where in Class 1A, 1-17 Guthrie Center is ranked 117th out of 155 teams, in Class 2A, 15-4 Panorama is ranked 27th out of 97 teams, and 3-16 West Central Valley is ranked 84th out of 97 teams.
