The Iowa State Patrol and Dexter Fire and Rescue are assisting a semi that jackknifed about five miles east of Stuart on Interstate 80 Eastbound. The semi is not blocking any lanes of traffic, but eastbound traffic is haulted to a crawl as law enforcement and rescue tend to the scene. We’ll have more information as it becomes available.
