The Dallas County Conservation Board invites everyone to another free owl program next week.
The Owl Prowl Under a Full Moon event takes place Tuesday, February 3rd from 6:30-8pm at the Kuehn Conservation Area. The hike will start around a bonfire with some hot chocolate, as naturalists introduce attendees to the various owls of Dallas County and their signature calls. The group will then venture out on the woodland trails to try their luck at calling the birds.
There’s no cost to attend but preregistration is required. To reserve your spot, call 465-3577.
