A deputy was dispatched to the 1200 block of 180th Street for the report of a suspicious person walking on the roadway. The deputy determined that the male subject in question had run out of gas and was knocking on the door of that residence to get help. The deputy transported the male to another location to find fuel.
A deputy was asked to check the welfare of several dogs in Paton. The dogs were not located by the deputy at that time.
A deputy assisted the Department of Human Services with an investigation in Cooper.
A deputy was dispatched to the 100 block of Hager Street in Grand Junction to investigate criminal mischief to a window.
A deputy was asked to help locate a male that was living in Churdan. He had taken a vehicle with permission and had not returned home.
A deputy was not able to locate several head of cattle that were reported to be along the roadway on I Avenue between 180th and 190th Street.
A deputy was advised of a reported fire in a home in the 700 block of North Street in Churdan. The Churdan Fire and Rescue determined the fire to be electrical. A damage estimate is not known at this time.
In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
