The Dallas County Board of Supervisors will meet in regular session tomorrow morning.

Items on the agenda include payroll change notices and an EMS waiver of timeline, issuance of certificates of appreciation for service milestones and an Iowa Communities Assurance Pool update and consideration of renewal.

The Board will then set a public hearing for a Verizon contract for the EMS department and make appointments to the Eminent Domain Commission.  A public hearing will take place at 9:30 to amend and appropriate the fiscal year 2014-2015 budget, followed by review of budget fund requests from the library association, fair board, development alliance, Discover Dallas County and housing trust fund authority.

Finally, the Supervisors will discuss the sheriff’s office facilities and equipment needs before holding the first budget workshops of the year for the community services and case management department, recorder and secondary roads.

The meeting starts at 9am in the Board of Supervisors meeting room in Adel.
