Greene County Medical Center will have a new ears, nose and throat specialist who will hold regular clinic hours starting next month.

Dr. Tracey Wellendorf will be seeing patients at the medical center the first Thursday of every month for clinic hours beginning February 5th.  In addition to providing clinic hours, Dr. Wellendorf will also do surgical procedures such as transnasal esophagoscopy. He is one of the first in the area to do procedures such as balloon sinuplasty and coblation tonsillectomies. He has great success with the much less invasive balloon sinuplasty procedure on adults and children.

Dr. Wellendorf has six area clinics and over twenty-years experience as a ENT specialist.

The Audubon native graduated from Creighton University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry.  He went on to the University of Iowa College of Medicine where he received his doctorate degree.  His internship was in general surgery and his residency was in otolaryngology at the University of North Carolina.
