Both Greene County High School basketball teams have had trouble winning as of late. Tonight’s opponent, Colfax-Mingo, hasn’t had a win all season. The Tigershawks visit the Rams in the middle school gym in Jefferson on KG98 with coverage at 5:45 p.m., the girls’ game at 6 p.m., and the boys’ contest to follow.

C-M is 0-11 in girls’ basketball and 0-9 on the boys’ side. The Greene County teams haven’t won in awhile themselves with Coach Chad Morton’s girls at 4-7 overall after dropping their last six games. Coach Jeramie Hinote’s boys’ squad is 4-6 and they’ve lost six of their last seven including all three games this month. Greene County swept C-M the first times the teams met back on Dec. 2 in Colfax by scores of 63-21 in the girls’ game and 75-60 in boys’ action.
