The Panorama Panthers roared to life in a stunning 44-6 victory over the Nodaway Valley Wolverines last Friday night.  After a great week of practices, Coach Lyle Alumbaugh should be proud with how his team pulled together and played like he knows they can.

It was an offense-heavy night for the panthers with 318 total rushing yards and 167 total receiving yards.  Once more, the stats were a little bit more spread out than they have been in the past.  Chase Hennen stepped it up and lead the team with 4 carries totaling 115 yards and 2 touchdowns.  Luke Webner was right behind him with 80 rushing yards and Tyler Hein rounded out the top three with 7 carries for 64 rushing yards.
With such a high scoring game it is easy to compliment the offense, but it took an equally strong defense to keep the Panthers on top.  And once more, the accomplishments are spread fairly equally throughout the team.  Tyler Hein had 5 solo tackles with 8 assisted.  Logan Hupp had 6 assisted tackles and 2 solo tackles.  And Alex Llanes had 4 solo tackles with one assisted.

This was a big victory for the Panthers as the go into week 5 of play as they travel to Missouri Valley this Friday to take on the Big Reds.
