There’s something new at Panorama Middle School and High School, and it’s called professional learning coaches, or PLC for short. The program was started thanks to a Teacher Leadership Compensation Grant, and allows the three PLC coaches to work with teachers on improving their practice by performing classroom observations and focusing on special learning topics as well. The PLC coaches are excited by the program so far, and look forward to seeing it grow in years to come.
