Guthrie County Extension has announced the second part of a series of programs in an effort to educate farmers on the 2014 Farm Bill. The first session will take place November 19th at 9:30 am at the Guthrie County Activity Center, the second session will take place December 10th at 6:00 pm at the Coon Rapids American Legion. Refreshments and a light meal will be served at both meetings, which are free to attend. The meetings will focus on new farm bill provisions, as well as ARC and PLC options and will be led by Shane Ellis, an ISU Extension Farm Management Specialist.
