We still have a few weeks until the final Scoop the Loop 2014 which is scheduled for September 20th however it is quickly coming together.
Holly Felsen Welch and Dan Felsen, children of Henry Gregor Felsen who wrote the book Fever Heat in 1954 under the pen name Angus Vicker, will be special guests while we celebrate Stuart Speedway’s 50+ years.
Felsen was the noted Iowa author of several car books including Street Rod and Hot Rod.
His children will be the day’s speakers and will also have updated copies of Fever Heat books for sale.
The mission of Scoop the Loop is to take a step back and remember the good times we had with friends when we use to ‘scoop the loop’ back in the day.
