Pi Knight Hem, Perry, was driving in the 15000 block of Hwy 141 when she lost control and went into the ditch, rolling the vehicle onto it’s side.  She was checked by EMS and released with no further treatment.  The vehicle had an estimated $5000 damage and was towed from the scene.

Andre Fortier, age 29, 28925 360th St, Booneville, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence.  He was also cited for Speeding.

James Gruber, age 44, 6856 NW 57th St, Johnston, was arrested for Public Intox and Falsely Claiming Emergency.

Anthony Wiah, age 36, 2519 Clarkson Ave, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.

Lorenzo Garcia, age 39, 1230 42nd Plaza, West Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.

Ashley Valencia, age 31, 5429 150th St, Urbandale, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear For Show Cause On Civil Infraction Case.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
