The Adel-Dallas County Public Corporation will hold another meeting this morning.

Following approval of last week’s meeting minutes, the group will identify and discuss the specific site they’re looking to acquire for a new county administrative building.

Adel Mayor Jim Peters and Dallas County Board of Supervisors Chairman Kim Chapman have been meeting since May to select a site location before determining the economic feasibility of the site and acquiring the property.

The duo will then possibly enter into closed session to further discuss a possible real estate purchase.

The meeting takes place at 8am in the Board of Supervisors meeting room in Adel.
