Guthrie County Iowa State University Extension and Outreach is holding some more of their continuing pesticide trainings.

Program Director Shelby Van Horn says that they will be holding an ornamental and turf pest control course. She tells Raccoon Valley Radio why they hold these courses.

“They’re just continuing education courses that we offer here at the Extension office. So if you need to watch your yearly video to keep your license up to date, come on in and do that. That’s what we’re here for.”

Van Horn mentions that the course will be held March 5th from 9-11:30am at the Extension Office.
