Team chemistry is high after the first official week of Perry volleyball practice.  A new coach is in place with a handful of experienced players anxious to improve on last year’s 7 win campaign.  Kristel Kautzky has been impressed with her team’s willingness to adjust and start fresh this season and put last year’s losses behind them.

“I can take on any role that the girls need me to take on.  For instance, if I noticed we were flat at the beginning, I will be the enthusiastic and emotional leader they need to light a spark.  If the girls are not focused, I can be the coach who quickly gets them back on track and focused on what they need to do.  I can take on many roles and am capable of noticing what is lacking and absent each and every day.”

Kautzky will be assisted they year by long time Head Coach Carol Van Kirk and former Perry graduate Ali Tibbles.  Tina Kenney and Lynn Hulgan will serve as volunteer coaches.  Ashley Fricke, Jordan Siler, Jennifer Molitor and Jessica Renken will serve as the leaders of the Middle School Programs.
