Feb. 14th

Michael Yarber, age 44, 3309 McKinley St, Perry, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence.  He was also cited for No Driver’s License and Open Container.

Christopher Hidlebaugh, age 32, address unknown, was arrested on a warrant for Sex Offender Registration Violation.

Darel Richmond, age 38, no address given, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original Charge was Violation Of Probation.

Khalid Crosbie, age 30, 685 Prairie Park Lane, Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for Sex Offender Registration Violation.

Gregory Cupp, age 37, 1331 Davis St, Dexter, was arrested for Domestic Abuse Assault and Child Endangerment.

Feb. 15th

Ismael San Juan Castillo, age 29, 605 SE Gateway Dr., Grimes, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence.  He was also cited for No Valid Driver’s License, Failure To Obey Traffic Control Device and Failure To Provide Proof Of Financial Liability.

Justin Leinen, age 42, 208 12th St, Dallas Center, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence. He was also cited for Failure To Provide Proof Of Financial Liability after he backed into a city street sign.

Sean McCarthy, age 24, 104 Percival Ave, Dallas Center, was arrested for Interference With Official Acts.

Steven Mulder, age 42, 1525 13th St, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled Or Revoked.

An Unknown driver, driving a car owned by Justin Hoeppner, Ankeny, lost control in the 30000 block of Hwy 44 and knocked down a mailbox.  The owner of the mailbox did not need anything done.  The parent of the driver picked up the driver and took them home.  The vehicle will be taken away at a later time.  Damage to the vehicle was listed at $3000.  No injuries were reported.

Feb. 16th

Jason Schiltz, age 49, 274 NW Waverly Dr, Waukee, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence.

Mary Clausen, Stuart, was driving in the 12000 block of 360th when she lost control due to snowy conditions.  The vehicle went into the ditch and struck a utility pole.  Minor injuries were reported, but Ms. Clausen declined EMS.  Damage was estimated at $10000 and the vehicle was towed from the scene.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
