
The opening round of 2A Boys Basketball was last night. The Greene County boys were on the road against Pleasantville in the 3 vs 6 match up. The higher ranked Trojans prevailed 80-42.
Pleasantville took a 5-0 lead to open the game. Greene County would answer with their own 6-0 for their first lead, 6-5. The Trojans would win the first, 15-10. They would run away with the second to make the game 30-15. The Trojans came out strong in the second half taking a 59-31 lead into the fourth. Final 80-42.
Camden Jacobs had a team high 16 points.
The Rams season ends at 4-19.
