The Guthrie County Board of Supervisors met in regular session Tuesday.
The Board approved resolutions presented by Guthrie County Engineer Josh Sebern for compensation rates regarding to fence, right-of-way and temporary easement purchases. They also approved a final pay voucher for a bridge replacement project (BRS-CHBP-C039(95)–GB-39) on Redwood Avenue south of White Pole Road. The final item that the Board approved on the agenda was the county’s safety manual, which passed in a 4-1 vote, with the contingency that Supervisor Mike Dickson wanted, which was to have legal counsel Ahlers and Cooney review it before making the document available to all county employees. Human Resources Director Jamie Lindsay was instructed by the Board to send the manual to Ahlers and Cooney, and once they approve the documents, it will be accessible online to county employees, along with having physical copies for those that want one.
