Walter Bell, age 51, 28925 360th St, Booneville, was arrested on a warrant for Domestic Abuse Assault, two counts of Possession Of Controlled Substance and Contempt – Violation Of No Contact Order.

Thomas Simbro, age 36, 1012 E. Walnut St, Elkhart, was arrested for Possession Of Controlled Substance and Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia.

Whitney Campbell, age 27, 1525 13th St, Des Moines, was arrested for Possession of Drug paraphernalia.

Mollie Moretz, Fort Dodge, was traveling on R Ave at Hwy 6.  She pulled onto Hwy 6 from a stop sign and collided with a vehicle driven by Katie Burcham, Adel.  Both drivers were taken to the hospital for evaluation of any injuries by Dallas County EMS.  Damage to both vehicles was estimated at $10000.  Both vehicles were towed from the scene.  Ms. Moretz was cited for Fail To Yield Upon Entering Through Highway.

Alexander Zinnel, West Des Moines, was traveling in the 28000 block of 360th Street, when he hit a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $7500.  The vehicle was towed from the scene.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
