Panther basketball returns to action tonight at home after being out of action for almost a week as Panorama plays host to the Nodaway Valley Wolverines. The Panther girls enter tonight’s match up at 7-3 looking to keep their momentum after defeating Ogden last week 34-30. Both boys teams enter tonight’s contest looking for their second win of the season, as Panorama comes in at 1-9 while the Wolverines enter at 1-10.

Statistically, the boys match up appears to be fairly evenly matched with both teams having similar rebound numbers, assist, steals, and points scored. The Wolverines have the rebounds and assists advantage while the Panthers have the advantage in points scored, steals, and field goal and three point percentage.

The double header basketball action at Panorama High School between the Wolverines and the Panthers is set to begin tonight at 6pm. Girls tip off first, with the boys to follow at 7:30pm.
