Danielle Leon, age 41, 912 E 22nd Ct, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Violation Of Probation Terms.

Davier Crossley, Omaha, was driving a semi in the 32000 Block of R Ave when the semi lost power and was unable to get up the hill.  The driver was slowly backing down the hill with hazard lights on when a vehicle driven by Carol Willis, Des Moines, hit the semi.  This collision caused Ms. Willis’ car to go into the ditch.  Both drivers declined EMS.  Damage to Mr. Crossley’s semi was estimated at $10000.  Damage to Ms. Willis’ car was estimated at $20000.  After the investigation, Ms. Willis was issued a citation for Failure To Stop In Assured Clear Distance.

Jordan Chapman, Earlham, was driving in the 20000 block of Old Highway 6 when he hit a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $5000.  The vehicle was able to be driven away from the scene.

Kyle Goodman, age 35, 1418 6th St, Perry, was arrested on two warrants for Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia, Burglary 3rd Degree, Conspiracy To Commit Non-Forcible Felony and Attempted Burglary 3rd Degree.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
