The Adel-DeSoto-Minburn High School Basketball teams will hit the road tonight for a conference battle against Carlisle.

ADM picked up victories this past Friday versus Boone, with the girls winning 57-19 and the boys came out on top 77-59. Looking at tonight’s matchup, the Tiger girls are ranked 13th in Class 3A, while the Wildcats are 11th. Carlisle junior Point Guard Macy Comito is averaging 19 points per game on 50% shooting and 42.6% from behind the arc. For ADM, senior Kelli Storck is at 10 points per contest on 54% from the field. The Wildcats are 8-2 overall (6-1 inside the Raccoon River Conference) and the Tigers are 8-4 (5-2 RRC).

On the boys side, ADM comes into the game ranked fifth in Class 3A as they are 7-3 overall (5-2 RRC), while Carlisle sits at 4-6 (1-6 RRC). Tigers junior Hudson Lorensen is coming off a 29-point performance against Boone, while Wildcats senior Jack Norton captured 16 points in a 54-51 win over Winterset.

The action begins at 6pm with the girls, followed by the boys taking the floor at approximately 7:30pm. Raccoon Valley Radio will carry the broadcast on K107.9 KKRF, starting at 5:45pm.
