Jennifer Webb, age 45, 36602 Osage Ave, Van Meter, was arrested for Domestic Abuse Assault.

Austin Goetzinger, age 32, 820 Granda Rd, Carroll, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence. He was also cited for Speeding and Failure To Dim Headlights.

Jan. 12th

Joshua Gordon, age 38, 108 Saint Marys Ct, Stuart, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence.  He was also cited for Failure To Stop In Assured Clear Distance.  This arrest occurred after an accident.  Mr. Gordon was driving in the 19000 block of Old Highway 6 when he struck a car in front of him driven by Trenton Kuhns, Redfield.  Once the collision occurred, Mr. Kuhns car went into the ditch and Mr. Gordon’s car flipped onto it’s side.  Both driver’s declined EMS, but Mr. Kuhn’s went to the hospital via private car.  Damage to Mr. Kuhn’s car was estimated at $30000.  Damage to Mr. Gordon’s car was estimated at $25000.  Both vehicles were towed from the scene.

Gary Witkovski, age 76, 910 Indian Ridge Dr, Waukee, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence.

Alysia Gordon, age 42, 108 St Marys Ct, Stuart, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence.

Miranda Schlicht, age 25, 207 Green St, Ralston, was arrested for Possession Of Controlled Substance and Possession Of Contraband In Correctional Institution.  Ms. Schlicht was arrested on a warrant for Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia.

Samantha Hansen, Van Meter, was driving in the 35000 block of Ute Ave when she hit a deer.  No injuries were reported.  Damage was estimated at $10000 and the vehicle was able to be driven away.

Stephen Stranton, Yale, was driving in the 31000 block of L Ave when he hit a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $2000.  The vehicle was driven from the scene.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
