The Panora City Council will hold their first meeting of 2025 tonight.

The Council will consider for approval the annual update and membership support for Midwest Partnership, sewer fees regarding a water leak at 120 Northeast 4th Street, approving a member to the Park and Recreation Board and the 2025 fire department roster. They will also consider for approval the 2025 emergency medical services volunteer roster, appointment of the city attorney, reset a public hearing regarding the status of grant funds for a Community Development Building Grant and a payment towards a CDBG contract in the amount of $68,720.

The Council will then consider for approval an EMS policy for return transports from facilities that are not medically necessary and give an update on Council committee designations. The meeting will begin at 5:30pm in the Council Chambers in City Hall. For those unable to attend in person, there is a digital option via GoToMeeting.
