The Jefferson City Council will meet tomorrow night.
The Council will consider for approval appointing several city positions, including engineer, attorney, building inspector and clerk. They will also consider for approval 2025 committee assignments, an official newspaper, the second reading to amend an ordinance to establish an animal appeals board, and a resolution to administer tree removal assistance. Additionally, the Council will consider approving a social media and mass texting policy, hiring a water operator for the Water Department, and the 23rd pay estimate for the Wastewater Treatment Plant improvement project.
