Stephani Dellaca, age 34, 1075 35th St SW, Altoona, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.

Kristy Kibbler, age 44, was arrested for Contempt – Violation Of No Contact Order.  She was arrested again later in the day for the same charge.

Jan. 9th

Elvin Soe, age 24, 4038 53rd St, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled Or Revoked.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
