6:10am: The Sheriff and deputies assisted by the Jefferson Police Department and the Internet Crimes against children task force conducted a search warrant at 712 South Oak Street, Jefferson for suspected possession of Child pornography. Electronic storage devices were seized. Charges are pending completion of lab results.

12:47pm: A deputy assisted with a medical call in the 400 block of 310th Street.

2:07pm: A deputy investigated a parking complaint in the 500 block of Sand Street, Churdan.

6:04pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street near K Avenue.

Wednesday, January 8th

3:46am: A deputy assisted with a medical call in the 300 block of South 19th Street, Grand Junction.

9:10am: A deputy investigated a parking complaint on Main Street, Grand Junction.

2:50pm: Amy Yager 32 of Coon Rapids was booked into the jail for failure to stop in safe and sure distance.

4:43pm: A deputy assisted a motorist on 283rd Street and R Avenue.

7:12pm: A deputy removed a deer from the roadway on 235th Street and Parkland Avenue.

9:40pm: A deputy assisted with a medical call in the 400 block of Main Street, Scranton.

Thursday, January 9th

4:17am: Nicole Huss 37 of Newton was booked into the jail for operation without an ignition interlock device.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
