On Tuesday the Panorama Panthers girls wrestling team hosted 8 teams for the Panorama Girls Wrestling Invite. The Panther girls hosted and competed against wrestlers from: ACGC, Atlantic, Creston, Harlan Community, Mount Ayr, Perry and SWAT Valkyrie.

The Panther girls found great success out on the mat, with four 3rd place finishes and two 2nd place finishes. At 100 pounds, Ella Carico would place third, Natalie Waltz would place third at 110, Dafne Hernandez placed third at 145 with Hali Klingenberg placing third at 235.

For the second place finishes, Gracie Recker placed second at 155 after falling to Julie Maylum of Perry by fall in 2:45. Emma Walker also placed second place at 170, after losing to Stella Beattie of SWAT by fall in 3:10.
