Perry basketball returns home tonight to square off with the newest member of the Heart of Iowa Conference Grand View Christian.  The Thunder will travel from Des Moines for the girl/boy doubleheader that will feature a special ceremony for the late Dan Marburger.  Tipoff is set for 6P.

The boys game will feature two of the top three teams in the Heart of Iowa Conference.  GVC has been a powerhouse in their short time as a school.  The four time state champions have started this year 10-0.  They just topped Nevada, 73-56, to take sole possession of first in the HOIC.  The Bluejays made history on Monday beating South Hamilton for the first time since joining the Heart of Iowa Conference.

The girls contest will feature two teams on lengthy losing skids.  Perry has dropped their last eight while GVC has been defeated in six straight.  Both squads have just three wins the season.  The winner will jump into seventh in the Heart of Iowa Conference.

KDLS and the Raccoon Valley Radio Sports Network will have the action tonight at 5:45P with the Perry Hy-Vee Pregame Show.
