The Mary J Barnett Memorial Library is excited to keep Friday Story Hours going into the new year.

Library Director Jerri Hawkins says that the story hours are from 10-10:30am for children kindergarten aged and younger. She mentions that the theme of each story hour changes every week, but that the children are able to enjoy a story following that theme, and then participate in a craft afterwards. Hawkins adds that the event is one that children thoroughly enjoy year round, and especially during the holidays when the themes can be more creative.
