The Adair – Casey and Guthrie Center School Boards will meet in regular session Monday night.

AC/GC Superintendent Josh Rasmussen says that the Boards will be holding a special meeting to go over legislative priorities they’d like discussed during the upcoming 2025 session. He tells Raccoon Valley Radio what a big topic they want to cover is.

“One of those being re-upping those reorganization incentives through whole grade sharing and then really the incentives to get to that consolidation piece with some joint employment. So just looking forward to having some conversations there.”

Rasmussen mentions that Representative Ray Sorensen will be at the meeting to talk with the Boards, with the possibility of Senator Jesse Green also attending. The meeting will begin at 5pm in the AC/GC Junior High media center.
