Jeffrey Scrivner, age 62, 27114 215th Str, Dallas Center, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence.

Thomas Barber, Perry, was driving in the 20000 block of 170th Str, when he hit a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage to the vehicle was estimated at $3500.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
