On Thursday the Wildcat girls wrestling team hosted Colfax-Mingo, Knoxville and Wayne in girls wrestling action. The Wildcat wrestling team found great success, almost sweeping the competition but fell to Colfax-Mingo 54-24.

The Wildcat girls would defeat Knoxville and Wayne, with Wayne falling to the Wildcat girls 66-0. Knoxville would put up more of a fight, falling to West Central Valley 47-35.

Karli Rumley, Ori Meyer, and Bryanna Pena-Rivera would find success against Colfax-Mingo, but it would not be enough as the Wildcats would only be able to gain 24 points against Colfax-Mingo bringing the final score to 54-24.

Wildcat girls are back in action today as West Central Valley travels to Audubon High School. Wrestling action is set to begin at 10am
