The 2014 Greene County Business and Tourism Guide is now available.

Greene County Chamber Director Chris Henning says the 36-page guide contains a directory with contact information from every Chamber member along with highlighted places like parks, tourism and recreation areas in the entire County.

Omega Sang and Angie Pederson are the co-chairs of the tourism committee and have been working to update the last version of a tourism guide from 2012 for the past three months.

Henning states that 5,000 free copies of the guide were given to all residents of the County and it will be in welcome centers across the state.

Plus, Henning notes that the Chamber is changing it’s website to allow for any future changes or development to the area since the printing of the guide.

Plans are to re-print another copy of the guide every two years.
