The West Central Valley Wildcat girls wrestling team is back in action today for the 2nd Annual Southwest Valley Girls Wrestling Tournament at Southwest Valley High School. The Wildcats girls kicked off their season on Monday at Panorama High School, facing off against the Panorama Panthers, Martensdale-St Marys and Southwest Valley/Lenox/Bedford.
The Wildcat girls look to keep the momentum from Monday in their favor after picking up team wins over Martensdale-St Marys and Southwest Valley. Bella Teague and Ori Meyers would pick up big wins to help the Wildcats defeat the Blue Devils 37-36. Jazabella Morse and Bryanna Pena-Rivera would pick up big wins against Southwest Valley giving the Wildcats a 42-24 victory.
Wrestling action continues today for the West Central Valley Wildcats who look to keep their momentum from Monday stored for today’s wrestling match ups. The action is set to begin at 10am at Southwest Valley High School.
