Robert Smith, age 28, 1006 Warren St, De Soto, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled Or Revoked.

Derrick Sandy, age 55, 13647 Partridge Trail, Perry, was arrested on a warrant for Violation Of Pretrial Release.

Timothy Miller, age 33, 612 E. 9th St, Kansas City, Mo, was arrested for being a Fugitive From Justice.

Maximino Albino Plasencia, age 23, 2801 1st Ave, Perry, was arrested for Assault Causing Bodily Injury.

Micheal Gliem, age 46, 606 N. 8th St, Fort Dodge, was arrested for Control Of Firearm by Felon, Controlled Substance Violation, Failure To Affix Drug Stamp and Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia.

Nov. 16th

Karen Gustoff, Yale, was driving in the 21000 block of Old Hwy 6, when she hit a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $2000.  The vehicle was driven from the scene.

Alex Meyers, Linden, was traveling in 25000 block of Hwy 169 when he hit a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $5000.  The vehicle was towed from the scene.

Nov. 17th

Jacob Peterson, age 42, 603 Pleasant View Dr, Des Moines, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence.

Jordan Burg, Altoona, was driving in the 33000 block of N Ave when she hit a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $3000.  The vehicle was able to be driven away.

Nov. 18th

Joseph Kraber, age 31, 33069 Finestead Dr, Granger, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence.  He was also cited for Failure To Provide Proof Of Financial Liability.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
