Wandalee Anderson, age 35, 1917 Hickman Rd, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Theft 3rd Degree.

Jeffery Willey, age 58, 411 w. 1st Ave, Indianola, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear for a pretrial conference.  The original charge was Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled Or Revoked.

Floyd Eklov, Redfield, was attempting to use the ATM in Redfield, when his vehicle rolled forward.  Mr. Eklov was partially in the vehicle and was injured when the vehicle rolled away. The vehicle rolled over a parking barrier and into a ditch.  Mr. Eklov was transported to the hospital by Dallas Co. EMS for evaluation of his injuries.  Damage to Mr. Eklov’s car was estimated at $6000.

Christa Lynch, Dallas Center, was in the turn lane of Hwy 240th, waiting to make a turn onto Fairview Dr in Dallas Center.  A truck driven by Michael Stevens, Carlisle, collided with Ms Lynch’s vehicle.  Both vehicles had to be towed from the scene.  Ms. Lynch’s vehicle sustained an estimated $20000 damage.  Mr. Stevens’ vehicle had an estimated $15000 damage.

Christopher Laws, Bagley, was driving in the 16000 block of Hwy 141 when he hit a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $1500.  The vehicle was driven from the scene.

Maria Pimentel, Waukee, was driving in the 23000 block of N Ave when she hit a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $2000.  She was able to drive from the scene.

Matthew Wetrich, Jefferson, was driving in the 11000 block of Hwy 141 when he hit a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $2500.  The vehicle was towed from the scene.

Thomas Miner, age 53, 28696 S. Tamm Lane, Harlingen, TX, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence.  He was also cited for Open Container.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
