The AC/GC Chargers are at home once again in the postseason, as they host a foe who is becoming very familiar.
For the fourth time in two years and second time this season, the 9-0 Chargers are taking on the 7-2 Mount Ayr Raiders. For AC/GC, senior Quarterback Jathan South leads in passing yards, with 25 completions on 38 attempts for 478 yards and 7 touchdowns, along with 966 yards and 19 touchdowns on the ground. Fellow senior and fullback Mike Fuller leads in rushing yards, with 1,094 yards and 12 touchdowns on 148 carries.
Junior running back Joe Crawford leads the Chargers in receiving yards, with 14 receptions for 258 yards and four touchdowns off receptions, along with 872 yards and seven touchdowns on the ground. Fellow junior and linebacker Xander Harwood leads in total tackles with 58, along with 8.5 for a loss of yards and an interception.
For the Raiders, junior Jackson Ruggles leads in passing yards with 847 yards and 10 touchdowns on 47 of 69 passing, along with 522 yards and 10 touchdowns on the ground. Sophomore Dyson Thompson leads in rushing yards with 888 yards and seven touchdowns on 125 carries, along with 233 yards and two touchdowns off receptions. Junior Tate Dugan leads in receiving yards with 20 catches for 360 yards and six touchdowns, along with 332 yards and five touchdowns on the ground. Senior Tyler Martin leads in total tackles with 53, along with 4.5 for a loss of yards, 1.5 sacks, three fumble recoveries and one interception.
