The November General Election is coming up on Tuesday, and the Dallas County Auditor’s Office will be accessible for early voting tomorrow.
According to Dallas County Elections Clerk Megan Brittain, the auditor’s office, 210 North 10th Street, in Adel is allowing registered voters to stop by tomorrow from 8am-5pm to cast their ballots. As for the local candidates that are on the ballot, they include Republican Todd Halbur and Democrat Robert Oller for county auditor.
Also, Republican Matt Schultz is running against Democrat Meggan Guns for county attorney to fill a vacancy. As for the Iowa Senate and House races, those include Republican Mark Hanson facing Democrat incumbent Sarah Trone-Garriott for Senate District 14, Republican incumbent Jesse Green and Democrat challenger Margaret Liston for Senate District 24, Republican incumbent David Young against Democrat Laura Snider for House District 28, and Democrat Joe Shelley and Republican incumbent Carter Nordman are running for House District 47.
