The Guthrie County Board of Supervisors met in regular session Tuesday.
The Board approved Zoning Administrator Chris Whitaker’s decision on a building permit near Stuart, and tabled a decision on the suspension of taxes on a parcel of land until they had more information as to why the owner wanted to have the taxes suspended. They also approved the Guthrie County Pledge to Roadway Safety Action Plan, the annual review of the Weed Commissioner’s Report, and reappointed the current Weed Commissioner, Tim Masters, for the 2025 calendar year, before approving to get in contact with Tim Whipple of Ahlers and Cooney to discuss drafting a hazardous pipeline ordinance.
