Perry football just wrapped up their season going 2-7.  Josh Vannornam just completed his first season as head coach.  He had been the third coach in the past three seasons.  He is making it known he will be back for a second year.  “I told them at the end of that practice this is probably the most challenging thing I’ve ever done in my life so far but a challenging thing that I want to get better at it.  I hope they know that especially those young guys cuz I get asked quite a bit, I mean it’s understandable why I get this question coaching beer next year like Perry is used to this having revolving door for coaching and all aspects which is not good you need some consistency so that’s one thing that I knew coming into this role that it would be a long term spot for me. “

The Bluejays fell in their final six games to close out the year.  We will have more from Coach Vannornam throughout the rest of the week as he looks back on year 1.
