Funeral services for  Robert “Bob” Douglas Brown, 70, of Glidden, will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Friday, November 1, 2024 at Grace Church near Carroll.  Burial will be in the Merle Hay Memorial Cemetery near Glidden.

    Visitation will be held at the Dahn and Woodhouse Funeral Home in Carroll from 5 – 7 P.M. on Thursday.  The casket will be moved to Grace Church at 9:30 A.M. on Friday where visitation will resume until 10:15 A.M. prior to the service.

     Bob is survived by his wife Kathy of Glidden; a son James Brown (Nicole) of Audubon; two step-daughters: Amber Sornesen of Emmetsburg, IA, and Desirae Boggs (Chris) of Carroll; twelve grandchildren: Gracie, Jimmy, Molly, Davin, Joy, Annie, Lanie, Jessie, Shelbie, Kaydence, Waylon, and Whitley; a brother Bill Brown of Carroll; a sister Bonnie Jensen of Hawaii; a sister-in-law Jennifer Teems (Michael) of Tallahassee, FL; a brother-in-law Thomas Walker (Bonnie) of Orlando, FL; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
