A Stuart staple held a ribbon cutting with new ownership.

Kara Hager and Vickie Jess took over Stuart Flowers and Gifts from Katie Adams on September 30th, and have been continuing to offer the same services as Adams, and adding a children’s line of items. Hager mentions that she began working at the store in May, and when Adams let her and Jess know she was thinking about selling the business, they decided to take it over and try their hand at it. Members of the public and Chamber of Commerce were in attendance for the event, with over 20 people at the event.
